From the minute Steph told me their plans for her and Kane to have their elopement right down the road from their place, at Leaves snd Fishes in The Hunter Valley, I was so on board! Having know Steph for many years from her time living in Dubbo and documenting her and her family a number of times, being asked to be part of their elopement was so exciting and such an honour for me. From the personal touches like a bouquet of flowers grown in Steph's Grandmother's garden, to the inclusion of their girls walking down the aisle, every part of the day was so thoughtfully curated and it made for the most special, personal day.

The team at Leaves & Fishes went above and beyond to make the space so dreamy and romantic for Steph, Kane & their friends and family. And the food (Brazilian BBQ by Meet Restaurant from Newcastle) was out of this world! In fact, the whole vendor team all worked so hard to make the day everything Steph and Kane wanted it to be and more.
