I’m here to craft an experience. My couples often tell me they wanted something “more than standard wedding photography.” They wanted to look and feel incredible, but also see the natural, unfiltered moments that made their day truly theirs.
That’s where I come in. With a background in fine art storytelling and a love for capturing emotion, I’ve built a style that’s as elegant as it is genuine. I’ll direct when needed, step back when the moment calls for it, and ensure you’re always comfortable, confident, and radiant.
For me, wedding photography isn’t about trends. It’s about creating heirloom images that will live on for generations - photographs that hold the same luxury, romance, and meaning decades from now as they do today.

Hey, I'm Amy!
I started photography back in 2013, with my very first business Facebook page and the desire to photograph families. It wasn't until one day, I remember flicking through a magazine, that I saw a wedding photo, from a PROFESSIONAL. I had no idea that being a photographer, let alone someone shooting weddings, could be a full time thing.
I started callouts to photograph people for free and created a bit of a portfolio of work, when a message ended up in my inbox from someone asking if I did wedding photography. I absolutely didn't, but I thought back to the page in that magazine and started to imagine what it was like. So I shot my very first wedding in 2016 for $500, then worked alongside someone who actually knew what they were doing to see how they worked and what it actually meant to be a wedding photographer.
Fast forward to 2025; I've been married myself (back in 2018, so I know what it's like to be on the other side of the camera), I've shot over 150 weddings and I've worked with some of the best in the industry to bring couples' visions of their perfect day to life.
Amy Allen Creative Co isn't just a career choice, it's my passion, it gives me purpose and fills me with so much joy. Every single couple I meet and wedding I get to photograph and another opportunity to make new connections, and capture memories for families to look back on for generations to come. It's a pretty big deal! But it's a task I don't take lightly, and a privilege I don't take for granted.

"Where do I even begin… Before I had even booked Amy for any photography sessions, I knew it was her that I wanted to one day photograph my wedding. She was my non-negotiable. Looking at her photos, there was just something so special about them - her ability to capture these big life moments so beautifully and naturally. Fast forward a couple of years, Amy photographed our wedding at the beautiful Lazy River Estate. Right from the get go, Amy made every aspect of working with her so seamless and her natural and personable presence behind the camera allowed her to capture every aspect of our day as beautiful as we remember it being. I have always had a love hate relationship with getting photos taken, often disliking more of the photos than I liked however this was not the case when I received the album back from Amy.
