My job is to gently guide the experience so it never feels forced - while capturing the moments that truly matter.

Since becoming a parent myself and photographing hundreds of families, I’ve learned that the best images happen when there’s space for kids to be kids, for parents to relax, and for everyone to simply enjoy time together.

Some people feel nervous about who they book to capture their family, so if you want to jump on the phone for a quick vibe check before booking, we can (but don't feel like you have to).
Styling advice & prep to get the kids (and you) ready.
It's not about the perfect outfits, but if you want a little help when it comes to dressing the fam, I can offer some gentle styling advice. I can also give you tips to best prepare the kids (and/or the fussy partners) to make sure you get the most out of your shoot, and have heaps of fun doing it!
An hour of shooting time.
This gives everyone time to settle into the shoot, and make it feel more like w're hanging out rather than posing for a photoshoot. We'll play games, tell stories, and really tap into your kids and their personalities. Without the time pressure or stress!

I'm your girl!
I first picked up a camera back in 2013, creating my very first Facebook page and putting the call out to photograph families. At the time, I simply loved the idea of capturing people together - the laughter, the chaos, the connection that makes every family unique. Back then, I had no idea photography could actually become a full-time career.
I put out callouts to photograph families for free, slowly building a portfolio and learning as much as I could along the way. What started as curiosity quickly turned into something much bigger.
Fast forward to today, and photography has taken me further than I ever imagined. I’ve now spent over a decade behind the camera, photographed hundreds of beautiful moments for families, and built a business around something I genuinely love - preserving memories that will only become more valuable with time.
Along the way I’ve also experienced the other side of the camera myself - getting married in 2018 and building a family of my own. That perspective changed everything for me. Because when you’re in the thick of raising kids, life moves fast. The phases that feel endless at the time somehow pass in the blink of an eye.
That’s why photography matters so much to me.
It's not just a career - it’s something I feel deeply connected to. Every family I photograph is another opportunity to freeze a moment in time; the giggles, the cuddles, the personalities that make your family yours right now. These photos aren’t just for today.
They’re for the years ahead, when your kids are grown and these small everyday moments become the ones you treasure most.
It’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly, and a privilege I’m incredibly grateful for every single time I pick up my camera.

Once we've locked in your date, I'll send through the booking confirmation and the deposit info. Once the deposit is paid, you're session is locked in!

The proofing gallery will be sent to you within 2 weeks of your session, where you can choose your favourite images or upgrade to the full gallery (if not already included in your package).

FAQs
WHAT TIME OF DAY WILL THE PHOTOS BE?
I get that sunset isn't always the best time for families because of bedtimes or other contributing factors, which is why we can be super flexible with when we photograph.
WHAT THE HECK DO WE WEAR?!
I'm not going to tell you to wear white tee's and jeans - that's a thing of the past! I won't even tell you you have to wear neutrals. What I will say is to choose clothes that make you feel good and that you are comfy to move around in. What feels good and feels like you will make the photos the absolute best they can be.
I’M WORRIED MY KIDS WON'T COOPERATE - WHAT IF THEY DON'T?
This is probably the most common concern I hear from parents - and the good news is that kids don’t need to sit still or behave perfectly for us to create beautiful photos. My sessions are relaxed and designed to work with your kids, not against them. There’s no pressure for everyone to stand still and smile at the camera the whole time. Instead, I guide you through little prompts and interactions that naturally bring out connection, laughter, and genuine moments.
CAN WE KEEP OUR IMAGES PRIVATE?
Absolutely. If you’d prefer your photos not to be shared on my website or social media, I will completely respect that.
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Yes! Once your booking fee is paid to secure your session, you’re welcome to pay the remaining balance however you like in the lead-up to your session. If you’d prefer, we can also set up a payment plan that suits you. I also accept credit card payments.
WHAT IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Life with kids can be unpredictable, and sometimes things don’t go to plan. Your booking fee is non-refundable as it secures your session date. However, if you need to reschedule, we can absolutely move your session to another date (subject to availability).
